Captivate Academy

A safe, welcoming, inclusive space to inspire and encourage young people to fulfil their potential. These classes are taught by qualified drama teachers and those who have trained and have experience in professional theatre.

Captivate Academy is now into its second year

and what a year it's been!

We have the most perfect modern spaces in Edinburgh Academy, Henderson Row to enable us to have dancing, ensemble singing, acting and voice training for those who want to take their love of musical theatre that wee bit further.

This year we are offering Trinity Musical Theatre exams. These exams present candidates with practical, creative tasks that prepare them for situations in both education and the workplace, enabling them to develop invaluable 21st century skills in communication, creativity, and to build confidence.

We have a regular staff team who have trained and performed professionally and we often invite other industry professionals to provide workshops.
